Delivery

Our prices includes free delivery of UK mainland carriage arranged by our trusted furniture couriers. If you are outside the mainland there will be an additional charge for delivery.

This delivery is also offered assuming that there is help to carry the piece into the address when delivered. If this is not possible, we can arrange a two man delivery, but again this will incur an additional cost and will take longer to organise.

Delivery will be between 1-3 weeks of your purchase, however sometimes it can be much quicker or a little longer. The courier will take your mobile number and contact you directly to confirm dates and times of delivery.

Your furniture will be packaged for delivery by us with love in multiple layers of protective packaging. We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged then please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted.

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us so we can resolve any issues. Our focus is on your customer satisfaction and feedback is very important for small businesses.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to alert us of this decision.

Any returns need to be undamaged, in the same packaging and shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note, this does not apply to custom/commissioned orders, as we cannot accept returns on these items.
